6. Payments and Billing
All payments are due at the time of purchase.
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full.
Coaching purchases are non-transferable.
Refund Policy:
Fuel to Lose Fitness offers a 30-day money-back guarantee ONLY for programs that explicitly state it. To qualify, you must follow the program and show proof of compliance.
No refunds will be issued for:
Lack of participation
Failure to use the materials
Changing your mind
7. Cancellations
Month-to-month clients may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
Program-based clients (12-week, 6-month, 12-month) are committed through the duration of their program and may not cancel early unless approved by Fuel to Lose Fitness.

Reminders
Scheduling
Coaching communication
Promotions or marketing

9. Client Responsibilities
